Basic Steps to Develop Resiliency with their Children
Resiliency is the ability to rebound from adversity. It is to have the mental skills and resources that increase the probabilities of success when confront difficulties.
This training will allow parents to learn how to help their children to bounce back from the stressful life events they might encounter.
Parents will learn in a nurture way, concepts, guidelines and recommendations that eventually will help their children to develop resiliency while improving their communication with them.
This training consists of six one-hour sessions.
